Yes — this is one of the most common myths in this space. It's true that an EV has no engine oil, fuel filter or spark plugs to replace, but it still has brakes, suspension, tires, a cooling system (essential for the longevity of the high-voltage battery), brake fluid, cabin filter, software updates and the 12V battery itself. Skipping the service doesn't eliminate costs — it just delays problems that, in the case of high voltage, can end up costing more later.
Not exactly — it has fewer wear points on the combustion engine (when there is one), but it gains components a combustion car doesn't have: HV battery, battery thermal management system, inverter, high-voltage wiring. It's different maintenance, not none — and it requires specific technical knowledge that not every shop has.

Whenever the model allows — around 80% of hybrids and EVs on the road — the service includes the free issuance of the HV Battery Certificate, a document attesting to the real condition of the high-voltage battery. In other cases, the battery diagnostic is performed the same way, it's just not possible to issue the formal certificate for that specific model.
No. European legislation (the Block Exemption Regulation) guarantees you can have maintenance done at independent shops without voiding the manufacturer's warranty, as long as the original maintenance plans are followed and parts of equivalent specification are used — which is exactly what we guarantee.
